Description

The Summit in the Expert package has several differences from the standard models: an advanced KYB PRO 36 Easy-Adjust rear shock absorber, adjustable suspension travel limiter, a shortened steering riser (120 mm), a shorter and lower seat, a narrower ski track (864 mm), and hand protection. Otherwise, it is the same mountain snowmobile with a lightweight design, a narrow frame, a shortened tunnel and a low landing.

We remind you that the Summit is lighter than the Freeride models, but it has lower-level shock absorbers. The engine is a two-stroke – a turbocharged 165-horsepower Rotax 850 E-TEC. It differs from the “aspirated” in that the power does not fade when gaining altitude up to 2400 meters. An instant response to gas is provided by additional accelerator injectors that supply fuel at the moment of sharp opening of the throttle at medium and high speeds. Also, the leading pulley of the pDrive variator with double rollers with needle bearings instead of sliding linings has a positive effect on the dynamics.

The T-Motion mountain suspension features a floating bogie on a hinged joint. Thanks to this feature, it can shift relative to the snowmobile to the left and right by 4 °. This makes it easier for the rider to put the snowmobile on the edge and saves energy. In addition, the control is facilitated by the PowderMax Light (FlexEdge) track with flexible edges. Its length is 3912 mm, width – 406 mm, lug height – 76 mm. The RAS 3 suspension with A-shaped levers is used at the front. Skis – Pilot DS 3.
